In this transformational training designed to shake out mental cobwebs and address responsibility in shaping both every day experiences and our world, based on how we choose to act (not react), we look at powerful skills that help people transition, adapt and not only cope but discover abilities to be highly successful. And the successes start with an awareness of their innate abilities, their "Hero" qualities.

Based on Jennifer’s newest book Zap! Pow! Kazam! 11 Super Powers to Change Your Career and Life, the transformational skills taught center around core competencies that people already have, they simply need to be discovered and used.

11 Super Powers


  • Attitude The Power that reminds us we always have a choice, and it starts with us. It’s never what happens, it’s what we do about it. It’s about setting a different set of beliefs to transform ourselves and our businesses and includes a number of approaches including NLP and neuroscience information to help us transform negative or stuck thinking, into beliefs that will lead us to action. (Super Hero buttons provided for participants.)

  • Courageous Courage is the Power that is all about realizing one brave person can change a department, an organization, an entire company. It’s having the courage to do the thing we cannot do, as Eleanor Roosevelt said, and it starts with the SOS’s, the Series of Small Successes. (Kazoo provided for participants — Jennifer suggests instead of whistling when afraid, just blow your kazoo.)

  • Elasticity is the Power to bend and stretch through change, problems and static situations, and it begins by understanding why people fear change, and techniques to guide them through it to positive (and often amazing) outcomes. (Participants provided with rubber bands and taught a magic trick to re-enforce the concept of stretching.)

  • Magnetism is the amazing Power to draw people to you, to win people over. Using elements of Emotional Intelligence it enables people to work effectively together and find common ground in even the most unlikely situations. (Participants provided an attraction magnet.)

  • Omni-Linguistics is the Power to speak to everyone in their "language," understanding how they need to get their information, how they need to be treated in order to work most effectively together.   • Serendicity is the Power to create our own luck, to draw to us what we want to attract. Few are born lucky, but when we start from a perspective of gratitude we create the skills to attract what we are focusing on. We then model this amazing ability to create luck and get what we want. (A lucky item is provided for participants.)

  • X-Ray Vision This is the Power that teaches us how to look “through” the problem or problem person to multiple solutions and to the potential of the individual. It is also the power that teaches us to use our laser vision to focus on what we want, not what we don’t want in order to get rid of subconscious sabotaging and really get the results we want. (X-Ray vision glasses provided for participants.)

  • Force Field is the amazing Power of reflecting away anger and resentment in order to use all our energy in more effective ways. It uses the FIDO Philosophy (Forget it and Drive On), in other words to address an issue and let go of it in order to move on to new challenges and solutions. (A FIDO dog provided for participants.)

  • Tenacity is the Power that teaches us setbacks are only temporary, and gives us a large number of coping skills to move from being mentally stuck to creating energy that enables us to keep on going until the objective/goal has been achieved.

  • Invisibility is the Power that allows us to stay in the background (invisible) while others shine, thus creating a synergy that surpasses all the team building classes one could take In a lifetime. It starts with getting our egos out of the way in order to help others succeed.

  • Spontaneous Combustion is the Power that shows us how to ignite others, fire them up, and it starts with gratitude, appreciation and paying attention. It’s also about keeping people safe in any environment so they have the confidence to use their abilities and become their best.
